Feeling a bit heavy these days, my cholesterol is too low and I've got shoulder issues. I guess I'm starting to show/feel my age. What can be done? Exercise, Dr. Appt, etc...
1st goal: lose 10 lbs by end of April
2nd goal: exercise 5 days a week
3rd: get shoulder checked and squared away.
Been thinking that my wife has never really seen me in really good shape. I am not fat by any means, but also have definitely not been fit (ie, washboard abs).
Let's just see if we can't do just that. More to come. Figured that putting this in the blogosphere may help drive some results, even without followers.
